WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 2 large ripe vudi, sliced into 1/4-1/2 inch thick rounds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional & most likely unnecessary)

HOW TO MAKE IT:

  1. Put all ingredients in a clean pot.
  2. Simmer covered over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Lovely dessert to have after a big lunch on Sunday 🙂 #GoingLocal
