WHAT YOU NEED:
- 400 g milk chocolate
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup condensed milk
HOW TO MAKE IT:
1. Mix the coconut and condensed milk together and shape into bars.
2. Place in the freezer for about 15-20 mins.
3. Melt chocolate and cool slightly.
4. Dip the coconut bars in the melted chocolate to cover them.
5. Place on a lightly greased tray in the fridge to set. ENJOY!
