Police continue their search for weapons or arms that may have been allegedly consigned for the training group.
More than four suspects from the alleged group were taken in for questioning and kept at the Lautoka Police Station overnight. The incident is allegedly linked to the setting up of the so-called Christian Sovereign State of Ra by a breakaway group in the province.
Seventeen people were originally charged with sedition over the rebel state claim. There has been no suggestion they were involved in the military-style training.
Police Commissioner Ben Groenewald said last night more people were expected to face sedition charges in the coming days.
